The prices of goods in the online store are given in Polish zlotys.
The Seller is a VAT payer and issues VAT invoices.
Each good has its price, and this price is binding at the moment the User places an order.
The Store has the right to: - change the prices of goods in the Store, - introduce new goods and remove goods from the Store's offer, - conduct and cancel promotional campaigns on the Store's pages, - introduce changes to the Store's promotional offers.
The rights described in the above point do not affect the prices of goods purchased and ordered before the promotional offers or changed prices came into effect.
The following payment methods are available for ordered goods (we reserve the right to temporary unavailability of selected payment methods): - traditional bank transfer - credit/debit card payment - BLIK payment - installment payment - cash payment (for personal pickup) - electronic transfer
We reserve the right to block certain payment methods for selected products.
We reserve the right to disable the "cash on delivery" payment method for Users who have not collected two consecutive cash on delivery shipments. This payment method will be re-enabled after placing and collecting another order with an electronic transfer or traditional bank transfer payment method.
The User bears the costs of delivery for ordered physical goods.
After selecting the goods and shipping intermediary, the cart will automatically calculate the delivery costs.
In the case of purchasing virtual products, there are no delivery costs.
With the option of personal pickup of goods, there are no delivery costs.
